Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin vowed to graduate Abra from the infamous Club 20 in the country during his inaugural message last June 30 at the Provincial Capitol Atrium.
Bersamin, together with Vice-Governor Rolando Somera and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan members, took their oath of office officiated by Supreme Court Justice Lucas P. Bersamin.
Highlighting the inauguration ceremony was the awarding of the 1st Congressman Luis “Chito” Bersamin, Jr. Peace Prize to the Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI) Abra Chapter. The distinct award came with a trophy and a cash prize of P100, 000.00.

have a better traffic situation in the capital town of Benguet. These
“experimental” barricades placed in the middle of the road will soon
